ENTREPRENEURSHIP YOUTH PROGRAM
A free, six-week youth entrepreneurship program introducing Boston-area students to real estate investing and industry fundamentals, while expanding access and strengthening the pipeline of diverse real estate professionals.
The Fallon Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program serves students ages 16–21 and combines hands-on learning, real-world projects, and mentorship from industry leaders to prepare participants for future education, investing, and career opportunities in real estate.

The Fallon Company and Street2Ivy
The program is a collaboration between The Fallon Company, a leading national real estate development firm headquartered in Boston, and Street2Ivy, an entrepreneurial incubator focused on providing aspiring change-makers in underserved communities the tools and resources they need to achieve economic empowerment. Participants will learn critical skills for succeeding in the commercial real estate industry, including identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting property valuations and market analysis, raising capital and submitting and negotiating a winning offer.

Tavares Brewington, JD, MBA, is the founder of Street2Ivy and a senior executive in compliance and risk management. Raised in South Florida, Tavares overcame early challenges to earn degrees from The College of the Holy Cross, Boston College, and Cornell. His career spans leadership roles across federal government service, global healthcare enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies. Through Street2Ivy, Tavares empowers entrepreneurs from underserved communities, inspired by his own journey from humble beginnings.
