Tavares Brewington, JD, MBA, is the founder of Street2Ivy and a senior executive in compliance and risk management. Raised in South Florida, Tavares overcame early challenges to earn degrees from The College of the Holy Cross, Boston College, and Cornell. His career spans leadership roles across federal government service, global healthcare enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies. Through Street2Ivy, Tavares empowers entrepreneurs from underserved communities, inspired by his own journey from humble beginnings.

Erin Moran McCormick is a technology and leadership expert, founder of three companies, and former EVP of Innovation at Tour24 where she helped grow the company from concept to multimillion-dollar valuation. She has developed award-winning programs for clients like Amazon and Comcast. Erin was Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers at Babson College and UMass Boston, earned certificates from MIT and Stanford, and a B.A. from Smith College. As an entrepreneur, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and podcast host, Erin is dedicated to inspiring leaders to take action, and drive innovation for positive change.
